Joy Garcia (Track Director and Coach)
Retired U.S. Air Force First Sergeant with 21+ years of honorable service, including among many roles, managing physical fitness and readiness programs, and overseeing the health, morale, and welfare of hundreds of service members.  Joy is also a former high school mid-distance runner (200m and Cross-Country) as well as a lifelong fitness enthusiast, including as a member of Burn Boot Camp in Hainesport, NJ, and has completed a half marathon and aims to complete a full marathon.  Currently pursuing a B.S. in Marketing, Joy is also helping families and individuals as a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty.

Charles Marvin (Head Coach)
Ran for Rancocas Valley Regional High School, 4 years Cross-country and winter track, varsity lettered 4 years of spring track. County All-Star 3 years in Cross-Country. School record holder in 800 meter run, 4xMile, and Distance Medley (DMR). Rancocas Valley Regional High School Hall of Fame Inductee 2022.

Former high school track standout and football player and former Mid-Atlantic AAU Powerlifter. B.S. Biomedical Engineering Technology specializing in Rehabilitation and Athletics. Certified in CPR and First Aid by the American Red Cross.

Carol Haworth
2013 Women’s Track Official of the Year 2013 for NJSIAA
Ran track for Triton High School in Runnemede, NJ for 6 seasons lettered and medaled in hurdles, sprints, long jump,and high jump. Named MVP in all 6 seasons. Holds record for most points in a season and most points in a dual meet.
Attended University of Delaware where she ran for 7 seasons combined indoor/outdoor. She earned two degrees, a B.S. in Health & Physical Education and B.S. in Elementary Education. While in college she coached both gymnastics and softball.
She taught for 12 years in the Burlington Township and Woodbury school districts. While teaching she coached Jr. High track at Woodbury Jr. & Sr. High School with a successful 4x100 relay team taking them to the Penn Relays and Colonial Conference Championships.
She is currently a member of the NJ Track & Field Officials Association officiating meets around the state of New Jersey.

Isata Bah
Former accomplished sprinter from Rancocas Valley Regional High School winning many  medals at championship meets.  She was a four year varsity letter winner.  She also did high jump and long jump.  She placed 5th at the state championship meet in high jump. Currently she is the Supervising Teacher for the Burlington County Head Start Program.

Dean Parker
Former accomplished collegiate distance runner from Glassboro State College (Rowan University). Rancocas Valley Regional High School Hall of Fame Inductee.

Andy Huber
Coach Andy ran indoor and outdoor track for each of the four years of high school in central Maryland.  He was the county champion for shot put and discus and placed 5th at the State Championships his senior year.  He also ran track at the Division I level while a freshman at Lehigh University.  He currently works as an environmental consultant on remediation projects in NJ and PA.
